Where it excels and where it fails
The restaurant served epic grilled steaks. The pool was fantastic and provided a refreshing retreat amid tropical surroundings.
I also found it hard to sleep due to those early-rooster wake-ups.

My twin room with openable screened window was brand-new. The location was handy and ideal, very close to the buses stop. Slipstream Sculpture was just outside the door...
The staff - some of them were chatty.

Marvellous position very close to the pyramids of Coba.

The location was beautiful and well-maintained.
My family and I had the most disastrous experience here! We booked a Standard Double Room with Two Double Beds, expecting a peaceful garden view, but our stay was constantly interrupted by roosters crowing at all hours-especially at 4 am! We specifically requested a quiet room, but the staff's assurance was completely misplaced. To make matters worse, we faced a serious fire safety issue when we were locked in the hotel compound at 6 am without any staff around. It was frustrating and unsafe!

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a pretty nice area, right by the pyramids of Coba, the lake and ruins, and multiple pre-hispanic monuments. The room was brand-new & nicely furnished, with a good design. The staff was really good and superfriendly on arrival and throughout the stay.

Clean room with neat designs. The outdoor swimming pool was super refreshing and had cozy sun loungers. Loved the nearby food stall for quick bites. Staff was personable and moved us to a larger room after check-in. The location is great for exploring Coba ruins. Those grilled steaks at the restaurant? Epic!

Solo traveler, Affordable with some quirks
So the pool rocked, and I spent hours just lounging around it, refreshing my mind in this chaotic world. I met this great food stall lady right down the street, her fast food was seriously good,, I couldn't get enough!
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but you know what they say about quality.

Super comfy stay with great vibes!
We had a really nice time! The staff were super friendly and even upgraded us to a bigger room without us asking. The pool was perfect for chilling out after visiting Coba ruins, and the restaurant had some tasty food. Just wish the Wi-Fi was stronger in the room.

The pool offers a refreshing retreat with tropical vibes. The grilled steaks at the on-site restaurant pack an epic punch and are worth every bite.
Not so great were the roosters, made sure sleep was impossible, especially when I had requested a quiet room. The view from my standard double wasn't as tranquil as advertised. It overlooked a yard complete with chickens and barking dogs, which totally killed the vibe. I also faced some confusion with the hotel layout when trying to find the exit at dawn, with some doors locked, leaving me wandering a bit uncomfortably.
